JBBL Capital has extensive experience and specializes in acquiring distressed properties, managing renovations, raising private capital, and managing single-family & multifamily investment properties. Other investments include several short term rentals in Downtown San Antonio and near Randolph AFB, along with passive multifamily investing.

Guy (Bill) Lockhart, key principal of JBBL Capital, is a real estate entrepreneur and US Air Force veteran. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has been married to his wife Deanna since 2001 and they reside in Helotes with their 2 boys. During downtime, Bill enjoys playing sports, like Ultimate Frisbee (Frisbee Football) with his sons, relaxing family time and taking his wife country dancing.

Prior to his real estate investing career, Bill was a Project Manager and Business Advisor for USAA in San Antonio, Texas, a financial and insurance company that caters to the military. There, Bill used the talents he learned serving our country to motivate and lead teams of software developers in the creation of the first USAA mobile application and later, USAA’s virtual digital assistant.

Bill has lived and invested in San Antonio for over 20 years and has a proven track record of repositioning properties, bringing quality renovated housing products to market, and delivering consistent double-digit returns to investment partners. He began investing in real estate in 2006 and has grown both revenue and profit every year since, even through the real estate crash of 2008/2009. Bill has a broad network of experienced and trusted advisors including attorneys, brokers, investors, and accountants that facilitate the continued success and growth of JBBL Capital.
