MEET THE FOUNDER.

Guy (Bill) Lockhart is a Real Estate entrepreneur and US Air Force veteran. He has over 20 years of experience repositioning properties, delivering quality restored housing assets to market, and consistent double-digit returns to investment partners.

JBBL Capital has substantial experience managing single-family and multifamily investment properties. Other investments include short-term rentals and passive multifamily investing. Bill began investing in Real Estate in 2006 and has grown revenue and profit every year since.

Bill worked as a Project Manager and Business Advisor for USAA, a banking and insurance corporation based in San Antonio, Texas. Bill used his military skills to inspire and guide software developers to create the USAA mobile app and then USAA’s virtual digital assistant.

In Central Texas, Bill is a principal of JBBL Capital, LLC, which manages single-family and multifamily properties. It currently owns and manages 16 single-family homes and has passively invested in over 130 multi-family apartments for over $20 million.

Bill has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. 

Bill has a vast network of trusted advisors, attorneys, brokers, investors, and accountants who help him expand JBBL CAPITAL. In his spare time, Bill enjoys sports (he still plays Ultimate Frisbee with his sons), family time, and taking his wife country dancing.
